John Maltry – With a Master’s degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee and another in business administration from Barry University, John has been a licensed real estate agent and investor for more than 25 years.

As an engineer, John was promoted several times and eventually become division vice president of a Fortune 75 corporation in Chicago. In 1998, John elected to take early retirement from his corporate responsibilities and focus full time on his passion in life – real estate.

John continues his investment in single and multi-family homes, condominiums, and commercial property.
